pktk3 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pktk3 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pktk3 website at pktk3.ws and all associated services, features, content and products. By accessing the pktk3 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and must not attempt to register an account. pktk3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. pktk3 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including a national identity card or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

Each individual may register only one account on pktk3. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at pktk3's discretion.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pktk3 support immediately via live chat. You should also:

• Change your password immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Never save your pktk3 login credentials on a shared or public device.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared device or network.

pktk3 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and approved bank transfers. All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. pktk3 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and returned to its source where reasonably practicable.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. pktk3 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at any given time.

pktk3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include:

• A copy of your national identity card (NID) or valid passport.
• A screenshot or transaction record confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

pktk3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside each offer at the time it is made available. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by pktk3 unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash before all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• pktk3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited will not be retroactively removed unless fraudulent activity is detected in connection with that bonus.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or using automated strategies to exploit bonus wagering terms — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for further action.

All bets placed on pktk3 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying that all bet details — including selection, stake amount and market type — are correct before confirming any wager. pktk3 will not accept claims for refunds or adjustments based on a player's own input error after a bet has been confirmed.

pktk3 sources casino games and sports betting markets from verified third-party providers. Casino game outcomes are determined by independently tested RNG systems; sports betting market outcomes are determined by real-world event results. pktk3 does not and cannot manipulate game or match outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pktk3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pktk3 is not liable for disruptions caused by a player's own device, internet connection or mobile data provider.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to certain markets and game types. Specific limits are displayed within the game or market interface at the time of placing a wager. pktk3 reserves the right to limit stake or payout amounts for any player without providing a reason.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. pktk3 reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time without prior notice, particularly where significant in-play developments require odds recalculation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk3 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action where permitted by applicable law:

• Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one account on pktk3, whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit bonus terms, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game offered on pktk3.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities. pktk3 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Accessing pktk3 through a VPN, proxy server or any other method intended to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent account restrictions or verification requirements imposed by pktk3.

pktk3 employs continuous fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Where funds are found to have been obtained through prohibited activity, those funds will not be returned and pktk3 reserves the right to pursue recovery through all available legal means.

pktk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; or account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in that account may be forfeited.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting pktk3 support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance — excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as self-exclusion where requested by the player.

All content on the pktk3 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video and data compilations — is the property of pktk3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
